Arjun Kapoor Shares His views on Love Triangles Ahead of ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’ Release

After playing a villain in Singham Again (2024), Arjun Kapoor is set to make audiences laugh in his new film Mere Husband Ki Biwi. The comedy, directed by Mudassar Aziz, hits theatres this Friday. It tells the story of Arjun’s character, who is about to marry Rakul Preet Singh. However, things take a turn when his ex-wife, played by Bhumi Pednekar, loses her memory and forgets that they are divorced, leading to a complicated situation.

While this love triangle may be fun to watch on screen, Arjun believes it’s not so amusing in real life. In an interview with ETimes, he said, “This is not a good situation for anyone in real life. Playing two sides is not healthy because someone always gets hurt.”

He also shared his thoughts on relationships, explaining that being single and being in a relationship are very different. “If you are single, you can have fun, but when you are committed, you cannot do such things,” he added.

On the personal front, Arjun has been single since his breakup with Malaika Arora last year. His co-star, comedian Harsh Gujral, confirmed this during the interview. With a mix of comedy and drama, Mere Husband Ki Biwi promises to entertain audiences when it releases this week.
