Avatar: Fire and Ash India box office: James Cameron’s Sci-Fi film holds well, collects ₹13 crore on day 6

Avatar: Fire and Ash expects to make Rs. 13 crore on its debut Wednesday. Yesterday, the movie’s popularity increased by almost 15%. This surge occurred since it was Christmas Eve, which increased sales in the evening and night shows.

Avatar: Fire and Ash’s total cume at the Indian box office currently stands at Rs. 113.50 crore, including Wednesday’s receipts.  These data exclude 3D charges, which is the reporting standard in India. The film had a strong weekend in India, grossing Rs. 78 crore after opening with Rs. 22 crore. On Tuesday, it crossed the Rs. 100 crore gross threshold.

The latest Avatar film has begun on a lower note than its predecessor, Avatar: The Way of Water. However, the trends here are pretty good, and even slightly better. Pre-sales imply that the film will be released on a big Thursday. Because it is the Christmas holiday tomorrow, the film is predicted to do well in terms of ticket sales, with an initial week gross of roughly Rs. 130 crore. The film will profit from a 10-day vacation period, which should push its total revenue over Rs. 200 crore by next week.

Hollywood films can hang around for a while, collecting at a modest but consistent rate for weeks. Given all of this, the picture has the potential to gross approximately Rs. 250 crore in India by the end of its theatrical run.
