Axis Bank has strengthened its Safe Banking initiative with the introduction of Safety Centre, a centralized security hub available on its mobile banking app ‘open’. The feature allows customers to independently manage security controls and respond instantly to potential threats.
The Safety Centre offers customer-controlled features such as SMS Shield, disabling Internet Banking, blocking fund transfers and UPI payments, restricting online shopping through Net Banking, preventing the addition of new beneficiaries, and setting transaction limits.
