On Sunday evening, actress Deepika Padukone attended the 77th BAFTA Film Awards 2024. She presented the award for Best Film Not in English Language to actor Jonathan Glazer for The Zone of Interest. Aside from Jonathan Glazer, other nominees in the category included 20 Days in Mariupol, Anatomy of a Fall, Past Lives and Society of the Snow.
Deepika donned a golden and silver sparkling saree with sequins all over it to the event. She wore it with a similar blouse featuring strappy sleeves.
Amid applause from the crowd, Deepika took the stage to present the award. The awards were aired live on Lionsgate Play in India. The event was held in London’s Royal Festival Hall. Hugh Grant, Lily Collins, David Beckham, Cate Blanchett, Adjoa Andoh and Dua Lipa were among the other presenters on the list.

Among those present at the event were Prince William, Florence Pugh, Andrew Scott, Emma Stone and Robert Downey Jr. Deepika, who made a major presence at the Oscars last year and represented India as one of the presenters.
The actress also recently expressed gratitude for being selected as a BAFTA Award presenter. Deepika posted an Instagram Stories picture with the caption “Gratitude.”
