BCCI announces the Annual Player Contract 2020-21 for senior woman team India

On Wednesday, May 19, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the annual player contracts for Team India (Senior Women) for the period from October 2020 to September 2021.

T20I skipper and batter Harmanpreet Kaur is again enlisted in Grade A along with left-handed Smriti Mandhana and spinner Poonam Yadav. The payment structure follows up with Grade A getting a sum of INR 50 lakhs annually whereas Grade B and Grade C will be taking home 30 lakhs and 10 lakhs respectively.

According to a report published by BCCI on its website, the players in the Grade B category are Mithali Raj, Jhulan Goswami, Deepti Sharma, Punam Raut, Rajeshwari Gayakwad, Shafali Verma, Radha Yadav, Shikha Pandey, Taniya Bhatia, and Jemimah Rodrigues while Grade C includes Mansi Joshi, Arundhati Reddy, Pooja Vastrakar, Harleen Deol, Priya Punia, and Richa Ghosh.
