BCCI will conduct the full fledged mega player auctions in IPL 2022 and will instead conduct a mini- auction in mid February next year. This is being done so that the Board can add the two new teams next year. The official decision will be taken post December 24th. Now it is almost confirmed that the full fledged auction will take place only post the addition of the new teams.
