1. Boost Immunity with Seasonal Fruits and Veggies

Eating fresh, seasonal produce strengthens the immune system naturally. Citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, and sweet limes are rich in Vitamin C, which enhances white blood cell production. Leafy greens, carrots, and beetroots are loaded with antioxidants that help fight inflammation and reduce the risk of respiratory infections. Including turmeric and ginger in daily meals can further enhance your body’s defense mechanisms.

2. Stay Hydrated to Soothe and Protect the Throat

In fluctuating weather, people tend to drink less water, which leads to dry throats and congestion. Warm fluids like herbal teas, lukewarm water with honey and lemon, or clear soups not only hydrate but also soothe irritated throats.
