Bebe Rexha has reached out to her fans after sustaining a deep cut near her eye from a phone thrown at her by an over-enthusiastic fan. On Sunday, during her 13th concert at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City, Rexha was hit in the head by a fan’s phone. A video of the terrible event went viral on the internet.
Rexha took to her Instagram account on Monday and posted two photos of herself with the cut near her eyebrows. Rexha is shown in the first photo with a bandage covering her wound and giving a thumbs-up to her fans. The cut is visible in the second image since there is no protective covering over it. She captioned the photos, “Im good.”

Following the event, Rexha’s mom said that the singer received three stitches during medical treatment.
Rexha was seen on stage on her knees after a phone hit her in the face in a viral video of the event. Crew members can be seen running to her to help her. Rexha’s concert was cut short due to the incident. A meet and greet that had been planned was also cancelled.
