BEML receives orders from Ministry of Defense, share prices increases by 5%

BEML has procured the order from Ministry of Defence for the supply of high mobility vehicles for Rs.758 crore which has led to gains in its share prices. BEML share prices saw an opening gain of 5% on Wednesday.

The manufacturing will be done at BEML’s Palakkad Plant in Kerala and will deliver the vehicles in the period of 1 year to the Indian Army. The high mobility vehicles would enable armored fighting vehicles, ammunition’s, storage capacity, troops and will play an vital role in logistics in difficult terrains.
