Bhabhiji, Ghar Par Hain! Fun On The Run did not perform well at the box office. The movie has already started crawling. According to estimates, the comedic drama earned approximately Rs. 10 lakh on its first Wednesday, bringing the 6-day total to Rs. 1.25 crore nett at the Indian box office.
The film Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain! stars Aasif Sheikh, Shubhangi Atre, Rohitashv Gour, Mukesh Tiwari, Ravi Kishan, and others. Fun On The Run was released alongside Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta’s Vadh 2. While the crime thriller fared better, the comic flick was a flop. The film is likely to gross less than Rs. 1.50 crore, a negative outcome.
Though Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain is one of the most popular shows on television and has its own fan community, it has struggled to transfer that fan base into footfalls. Khichdi was previously adapted for film. While it was a great hit on television, it also performed well on film. Even Kapil Sharma, the biggest star of Indian television, has had back-to-back failures on the big screen, with the exception of his debut. However, the transfer from small to large screens has not been particularly productive thus far.
