Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa had applied for bail on Sunday. A bail petition was filed on their behalf by their lawyer Ayaz Khan. Bharti and Haarsh both were in police custody after NCB found cannabis at their place. Both were in judicial custody till 4th December as they had accepted the consumption of drugs since Saturday.
Earlier it was stated that the bail was postponed till Tuesday, however as per the recent updates their bail plea is granted and the two are out of judicial custody
