Revolutionary writer Varavara Rao who was arrested in links to Elgar Parishad case is to be shifted to Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital on medical grounds. The writer has asked to transfer himself to Nanavati hospital as a result of deteriorating condition concerning neurological and physical health. Rao’s family is permitted to visit him during the term of 15 days.
