Big breaking: Delhi’s Rohini court to extend the custody of wrestler Sushil Kumar till June 25

In connection with the murder case of wrestler Sagar Rana Court to extend the custody of Sushil Kumar.

As per the latest sources it has been heard that court is going to extend the judicial custody of wrestler Sushil Kumar in the murder of wrestler Sagar Rana at Chhatrasal stadium till June 25, 2021.

Sushil Kumar has been on the run since May 4 when a FIR was registered against him under Sections 302 (Murder), 365 (Abduction), and 120-B (Criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Model Town police station.  During the investigation it was revealed that Sushil and his associate Ajay beat up Sagar Rana and his friend Sonu Mahal at the Chhatrasal Stadium after tensions between the two parties escalated due to fight over a property and a female friend from March.

After the arrest of Kumar the  application  stated that he and his family were under great stress, financial and mental, due to the false implication of the applicant.

As mentioned in IndiaToday, that for further investigation Sonu’s girlfriend narrated the incidents from March to the police when she was called for questioning.

On Wednesday it was seen that Kumar requested the court for protein supplements, exercise bands, and a special diet with Omega 3 capsules, pre-workout supplements and multivitamin pills, among other things, but the court denied his request as Delhi court said, “All victims are same in the eyes of law.”
