In an Extra Masala Snippet, Vikas Gupta is talking about his father to Shonali Phogat. Vikas reveals that he and his father haven’t been close for 30 years. They have recently starting to come closer due to lockdown and his father’s health issues.
Praising his father for supporting him despite their differences, he recalls, “My father went and bought a Vanity box for me, to keep my things together.” He admitted being thankful as he mentioned that his father is from a very different background and not liking the industry.
