On Saturday, Saif Ali Khan courted controversy by saying that, in Adipurush, he and filmmakers will justify Ravan’s act of abducting Sita. Following his remark, a BJP leader has threatened the actor and the director, OM Raut. “Director @OmRaut, if #Adhipurush shows Ravan in a positive light and justifies the inhuman act of abduction of Sita, we will never allow that,” said Ram Kadam. Now, Saif, after reacting to his comments, said, “I sincerely apologize and withdrawing my previous statement. Lord Ram, forever, is a symbol of Righteousness & Heroism.”
