Imagine Marketing Limited has submitted its Updated DRHP to SEBI for a proposed ₹1,500-crore IPO, comprising a ₹500-crore fresh issue and a ₹1,000-crore OFS from existing stakeholders including Sameer Mehta, Aman Gupta, South Lake Investment, Fireside Ventures and Qualcomm Ventures.
The company plans to allocate the fresh issue proceeds towards working capital (₹225 crore), brand and marketing (₹150 crore) and other corporate expenses.
According to Redseer, the company’s flagship brand boAt was the largest branded personal audio player in FY25, with a 26% share in value terms and 34% in volume, backed by 250+ SKUs and 34 million units sold.
Imagine Marketing recorded ₹3,070 crore revenue, ₹61 crore profit and ₹142-crore EBITDA in FY25. Its distribution network covers major online marketplaces and 12,000+ retail outlets across India.
The issue will be led by ICICI Securities, Goldman Sachs India, JM Financial and Nomura.
