BSNL looses 50,000 subscribers: TRAI data

BSNL has lost straight 50,000 wired broadband subscribers in the month of October, reports TRAI data. BSNL had a subscriber base of 7.8 million in the end of September, which slipped to 7.75 in October end. However, BSNL gained significant wireless subscribers in October. The state-owned telecommunications company has succeeded in capturing just 3.42% broadband market share.
