SevenJackpots Study Matches Top Online Casinos’ Performance Stats with UX Analytics
A recent practical study by the research & analytics team at SevenJackpots has put India’s five top-rated online casino platforms to the test, comparing their performance over different network conditions and speeds, and matching the results with internal affiliate conversion analytics as a measure of user experience (UX) quality and customer satisfaction.
As a first step, the team analyses lab and field data on loading speeds with the help of the two most popular industry site performance monitoring tools available on the market: Carbon60’s GTMetrix (GTM) and PageSpeed Insights (PSI) by Google.
The SevenJackpots researchers then look at their own hard data on how well the tested top online casino platforms have been performing in terms of taking new users through the entire journey from clicking on the link to the site, to signing up, and to making their first deposit which allows them to play a game with real money.
The ratio between users who make it to the end of the whole initial process of registration and depositing to those who drop somewhere along the way due to various technical or personal reasons is what distinguishes the successful online casino platform from the one that is only trying.
Casino Days Registers Best Performance over Mobile and Desktop
