Chhaava Day 3 Worldwide Box Office Collection: Vicky Kaushal’s film crosses ₹150 crore

The audience responded favourably to Vicky Kaushal’s film Chhaava when it debuted, and it is currently having a fantastic run at the box office. According to Sacnilk, the film has already surpassed the ₹150-crore milestone globally after earning over ₹100 crore at the local box office in just three days.

According to trade tracker data, Chhaava became the biggest Bollywood film of the year, surpassing Akshay Kumar’s Sky Force (₹112 crore in India, ₹148.65 crore globally) with ₹116.50 crore net (₹139.75 crore gross) at the domestic box office in its first three days. The movie’s three-day global total now stands at ₹164.75 crore after earning an additional ₹25 crore in the foreign market.

On Sunday, the movie’s overall Hindi occupancy was 62.48%, with morning showings accounting for 49.82%, afternoon shows for 67.46%, evening shows for 72.95%, and night shows for 59.68%.

In Maharashtra, where Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj is regarded as a cult hero, Chhaava is doing remarkably well. This historical action movie is based on Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s life.

The film, which was produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films and directed by Laxman Utekar, is an adaptation of Shivaji Sawant’s Marathi novel Chhava. In addition to Ashutosh Rana, Diana Penty, Divya Dutta, and Vineet Kumar Singh in important parts, Rashmika Mandanna plays Yesubai Bhonsale, and Akshaye Khanna plays Aurangzeb.
