Actor Chiranjeevi is off to Dubai with his wife, Surekha, and close friends Nagarjuna, Amala Akkineni, and Namrata Shirodkar to celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary. Taking to Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), the actor shared heartfelt pictures and a sweet note dedicated to his beloved wife.
Chiranjeevi expressed his deep love for Surekha, calling her his “strength, anchor, and the wind beneath my wings.” He described how fortunate he feels to have found his “dream life partner” and acknowledged her constant support and motivation in navigating life’s challenges. He also took the opportunity to express his gratitude, saying, “Thank you my soul mate – Surekha!! Here’s to many more of these occasions to express my love and admiration for you!”
The couple, along with their friends, can be seen in joyful snapshots from a private plane, heading to Dubai to mark the special occasion. Chiranjeevi shared, “Celebrating our wedding anniversary on a flight with some very dear friends en route Dubai!”
Surekha, the daughter of Telugu actor Allu Ramalingaiah and sister of producer Allu Aravind, married Chiranjeevi on February 20, 1980. The couple has three children actor Ram Charan, and daughters Sushmita and Sreeja.On the professional front, Chiranjeevi is currently working on the socio-fantasy film Vishwambhara and has also signed a project with director Srikanth Odela.
