Fans of Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela woke up to a heartwarming surprise as megastar Chiranjeevi unveiled the first photograph of the couple’s newborn twins. The veteran actor took to social media on Friday to introduce the babies to the world and announce their names Shiva Ram Konidela and Anveera Devi Konidela.
The picture, shared from the intimate naming ceremony, captured a joyful family moment. The twins were cradled by Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha Konidela, while Upasana’s parents, Shobana Kamineni and Anil Kamineni, joined the celebration. The couple’s elder daughter, Klin Kaara Konidela, was also seen seated on her father’s lap, making it a complete family portrait.
Explaining the significance behind the names, Chiranjeevi described Shiva Ram as a blend of spiritual depth and moral strength ‘Shiva’ symbolising inner stillness and power, and ‘Ram’ reflecting righteousness and compassion, inspired by Ram Charan himself.
Anveera Devi, he noted, represents courage and divine protection, drawing inspiration from Goddess Kanaka Durga. Calling the twins “two little blessings,” Chiranjeevi sought prayers and good wishes as they begin their life journey. The announcement has since delighted fans, marking a memorable moment for the Konidela family.
