Cred released a statement that it has managed to raise $81 million in its Series C funding round led by DST Global. It’s new investors include Coatue Management and Satyan Gajwani -VC of Times Internet. Its existing investors include Sequoia Capital, Tiger Global, Ribbit Capital and General Catalyst also participated in the round. Cred claims to have over 5.9 million users who have credit score of over 750. It was previously an invite only app but now its open to all those who have good CIBIL score.
