Delhi Capitals defeated the Sunrisers Hyderabad in a spectacular super-over match after the scores of both team leveled in the match. Delhi Capitals chased 8 runs of 6 balls in the super over against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Sunrisers Hyderabad failed to put on a decent target in the super-over with Axar Patel with the bowl from Delhi Capitals. David Warner and Kane Williamson led the batting side of SRH in the 6-ball game.

However, fans criticised the decision of the Sunrisers Hyderabad for not sending Johnny Bairstow instead of David Warner as the batsman was already in a good form and was capable of hitting bix numbers in the super-over.

Johnny Bairstow himself was quite disappointed with the decision of not sending him in the super-over and which was reflected with his expression in the dressing room.

Former Indian Cricketer Virender Sehwag lashed out at SRH and questioned them for not sending Johnny Bairstow with Kane Williamson. SRH should blame themselves for their defeat against DC, Virender Sehwag said in his tweet.
