Deadly fungal infection with 50% mortality rate is affecting COVID-19 patients

The Doctors in Delhi treating Covid-19 have informed about the very deadly and rare fungal infection called Mucormycosis, which has cost some COVID-19 patients their eyesight.
The Physician’s working in Sir Ram Ganga hospital have detected over 12 patients. After studying the effects they say the infection can lead to nose and jaw bone problems, losing eyesight and may also lead to a 50% mortality rate after it reaches the brain.
