The Future Group had pled the High Court to issue a restraining order against Amazon writing notices to SEBI, CCI about the order against its asset sale. The Delhi High Court has however denied the plea made by Future Retail Group and has passed the judgement that Amazon is writing to the higher authorities about the emergency arbitrators award which is interfering with the Reliance-Future Group deal costing Rs. 24,713 crore.
