6 passengers out of 266 who were travelling from UK to India from Air India flight from London have tested positive for Coronavirus. It is not confirmed if these passengers have the new mutant corona virus but the samples are sent to National Centre for Disease Control for testing. While the travelers on British Airways plane which landed today are being tested at the airports.
India has earlier imposed ban on UK flights from today which will remain in effect till December 31 and can continue further.
