Delhivery Ltd., a logistics company, has announced the launch of Delhivery One, a digital shipping platform experience intended to fulfil the different demands of MSMEs as well as huge D2C e-commerce brands across the nation.
Delhivery One integrates and unifies a number of shipping services, including post-purchase communication, analytics, international shipping, one-click integration with sales channels, NDR management and others. It enables small businesses to ship without a minimum order amount and with a Rs 500 wallet recharge. It also provides cheaper shipping prices for bigger parcels weighing more than 5 kg.
The platform, which leverages Delhivery’s partnership with FedEx, allows small businesses to ship to over 220 countries.
“The launch of Delhivery One is a significant step towards empowering SMEs to excel within the ever-evolving eCommerce landscape,” said Mohammed Ali, Head of SME and Direct Business at Delhivery in a statement. He added, “Through multiple value-added services, our goal is to strengthen Delhivery’s position as the preferred shipping partner for micro and small enterprises.”
The team is working on other improvements, integrating with marketplaces, launching the Delhivery One mobile app and offering shipping credits to businesses to offset COD payments.
