Monterey Jack:

This cheese from California has a moderate flavour and a semi-hard texture. Made from cow’s milk, it has a buttery flavour with a hint of sweetness. Monterey Jack is a popular choice for sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas, and enchiladas.

Gruyère:
