Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh has made history by becoming the first Indian artiste to be featured on the cover of Billboard Canada’s inaugural print edition. The magazine will showcase exclusive content from his ongoing “Dil-Luminati” tour, which has taken the world by storm.
Billboard Canada shared this historic moment on their official Instagram account, captioning, “Diljit Dosanjh will make global history as the first Indian artist to be featured cover-to-cover in a special edition of Billboard. It marks a monumental moment for the iconic publication.”

Diljit has been performing across the US and Europe for weeks, with the Indian leg of his tour set to begin in New Delhi at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on October 26. The tour will also visit Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.
In addition to his music, Diljit has exciting plans for his acting career. He is set to star in Border 2, alongside Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan. The film, centered around the Battle of Longewala, will begin filming in November. Diljit also collaborated with Pitbull for the title track of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, adding another feather to his cap.
