Padget Electronics owned by Dixon Technologies has signed a deal with Motorola owned by Lenovo to produce smartphones for Motorola in India. Dixon Technologies has also been approved to take advantage of the government’s PLI scheme for production of smartphones. The company has also discussed its services to be widely spread among domestic as well as international export markets. It has not been disclosed as to how many phones Dixon will manufacture for Motorola or whether they will or will not export internationally.
