‘Do Patti’ Announcement Video released; Have a look

According to Netflix India “Do Patti” is both the first thriller produced by debutante producer Kriti Sanon and the first time Kajol portrays a cop. Kanika Dhillon is the author.

About

Kajol is seen riding a bike in the hills at the beginning of the teaser. The teaser implies that she is a police officer on her next mission, which involves treachery, truth, evidence, and heart. Although hardly much is revealed in the teaser, Kriti Sanon appears for the first time in a dramatic avatar. While Kajol has experience in suspense films like Dushman and Gupt, Kriti is making her debut in this genre with Do Patti. Not only is this Kajol’s first time as a cop, but it’s also her first time. Although the teaser doesn’t reveal the whole story, it does imply that Kajol’s police officer would be siding with Kriti’s suspect. Director Shashanka Chaturvedi, often known as BOB, is behind the camera for this intriguing mystery thriller, which takes place in the northern Indian hills.

Do Patti is the first film under the recently established umbrellas of Blue Butterfly Films and Kathha Pictures, which are respectively owned by Sanon and writer Kanika Dhillon. After Rohit Shetty’s 2015 film Dilwale, this is Kajol and Sanon’s second collaboration.
