Presenting the newest social media craze, Ambani Laddoos. These are not your typical laddoos, as the Ambani name suggests; rather, they are a representation of elegance and wealth.

These candies, which are made with rich ingredients, will challenge your budget while providing a decadent, one-of-a-kind pleasure. A woman by the name of Ishika Sahu posted a video to Instagram that included her original creation, which she called “Ambani Laddu.” The video went viral quite fast, receiving over 33 million views. This is how she does it.

Ingredients

  • Almonds: 1/2 cup
  • Cashews: 1/2 cup
  • Pistachios: 1/4 cup
  • Dates (seedless): 1 cup
  • Dried apricots: 1/2 cup
  • Figs: 1/2 cup
  • Sunflower or sesame seeds: 2 tbsp

Directions

1. Toast cashews and almonds over medium heat until fragrant. Fry the pistachios for two to three minutes. Put aside.

2. Switch off the stove and cover the hot pan with dates, dried apricots, and figs. If needed, remove the seeds.

3. Allow every component to cool fully. Optional: roast seeds until fragrant, then set aside.

4. Crush or blend every component into a rough blend.

5. Form each of the ten to twelve sections of the mixture into a ball.
