The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation of India has rejected the proposal of both Serum Institute and Bharat Biotech in a meeting held today. Earlier Bharat Biotech and Serum Institute had applied seeking approval for using vaccine developed by them for emergency use. The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation while rejecting there application had asked them to submit more data on this.
