The tenth instalment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe television series, titled ‘Echo,’ focuses on Maya Lopez, a deaf Native American who was once the leader of the Tracksuit Mafia. Set in New York City and continuing the storyline from ‘Hawkeye,’ the series depicts Maya’s attempts to escape the pursuit of Wilson Fisk’s organisation and her journey back to her roots in Oklahoma. Back in her hometown, Maya grapples with the challenges of coming to terms with her past, reconnecting with her Native American heritage, and addressing issues within her family and community.
