Elvish Yadav case: YouTuber in legal trouble as FSL report confirms snake venom in samples

Youtuber and Bigg Boss: OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav’s troubles following the Noida rave party do not seem to be over. Now, forensic investigations on samples obtained from the alleged rave party last year indicate that they were Cobra and Krait snake venom.

Six persons were charged for allegedly providing snake venom for a party in Noida’s Sector 51, including YouTuber Elvish Yadav, under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code. Yadav was questioned about the matter, but five of the people listed in the FIR were taken into custody. Yadav was not present at the party, but he has been accused of providing venom.

The rave party was raided on suspicion that attendees were using snake venom for intoxication.

While being questioned by the police, he named Bollywood singer Fazilpuria. Elvish was previously questioned on November 8 by the Noida police. When questioned about his video with two snakes, the YouTuber informed police that the reptiles were arranged by the Bollywood singer.

Fazilpuria informed Aaj Tak that he had no involvement with rave parties. He claimed that the exotic reptiles belonged to a production house. He had outsourced the arrangement of the reptiles to a production company, especially for the music video.
