Emraan Hashmi reacts to his viral cameo in Aryan Khan’s debut The B***ds of Bollywood

Emraan Hashmi finally opened up about his trending cameo in Aryan Khan’s The B***ds of Bollywood. The actor, who is promoting his next film Haq with Yami Gautam, shared how the scene went viral beyond his expectations.

Emraan Hashmi is once again the talk of the town, this time for his surprise cameo in Aryan Khan’s directorial debut The B***ds of Bollywood. The actor, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming film Haq with Yami Gautam, recently shared his thoughts on the now-viral moment that has social media buzzing.

The cameo scene features actor Raghav Juyal, who plays an obsessive Emraan Hashmi fan, singing Kaho Na Kaho from Hashmi’s 2004 hit Murder. The nostalgic moment instantly struck a chord with fans, who called it a “perfect throwback” to Emraan’s early 2000s era.

Speaking at a press conference for Haq, Emraan revealed that he had discussed the cameo’s potential with Aryan Khan and the Red Chillies Entertainment team. “A few days ago, Aryan and I spoke about it. We knew it would go viral, but not to this level. I think it’s a lesson to be learnt,” he said, smiling.

With his signature wit, Emraan also poked fun at his “serial kisser” tag that continues to follow him. “Earlier fans would call me by another name — it starts with ‘S’. I won’t say it or it’ll go on all night,” he laughed, adding, “Now people talk about my dialogues, so no complaints.”

The actor expressed gratitude that audiences are now appreciating his dialogues and performances with nostalgia, saying it feels good to be remembered for his craft as much as his image.
