
Gareth Southgate announced the final squad for the 2020 Euro this summer, Mason Greenwood, Ben Godfrey, Jesse Lingard, Aaron Ramsdale, James Ward Prowse, Ollie Watkins and Ben White missed the final draft for the European Championship.
Mason Greenwood pulled out from the list due to an ongoing injury recovery that he sustained while playing for Manchester United, Jordan Henderson, Harry Maguire, and Kalvin Phillips were included in the squad despite having an injury crisis in the past few weeks.

The inclusion of four right-backs in the squad depicts the depth of the squad and how flexible they can be while playing on the field. England’s squad is one of the youngest to take part in the competition yet they would be the contender to win the European championship this summer, all these players are of top class and have performed at the highest levels in club and international football and will be hoping to win the championship this summer.
