Esha Deol, the daughter of famous actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini, followed in her parents’ footsteps by joining the film industry. After a few years of dating businessman Bharat Takhtani, she got married to him. On June 29, 2012, Esha and Bharat were married in a private, traditional ceremony at the ISKCON temple in Mumbai. Esha and Bharat decided to part ways after 12 years of marriage.
In a joint statement, Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani informed the Delhi Times that they had chosen to split their ways. They shared, “We have mutually and amicably decided to part ways. Through this shift in our lives, the best interests and welfare of our two children is and will be of utmost importance to us. We’d appreciate our privacy is respected.”
Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani made headlines for their mushy social media posts for one other. However, the couple has not made any public appearances and has not been seen together for a while now. Furthermore, Bharat was missing from Hema Malini’s 75th birthday party, and Esha was seen spending Diwali without him, which is unusual
