This summer, The CW will be showing “Down to Earth,” the well-liked programme starring Zac Efron.
In the show, Zac Efron participates in thrilling activities like road trips while visiting various nations to learn about sustainable living techniques. The first season of “Down to Earth” had Efron and co-host Darin Olien travelling the world to experience different cultures.
The sole focus of the second season is on their experiences in Australia. Many fans believed that these problems were rectified and improved upon in Season 2, despite the fact that other viewers had criticised the show’s first season for being basic and lacking in focus. Efron’s emphasis on the customs of indigenous groups and bringing attention to the effects of colonisation on the environment in the show won applause.
But “Down to Earth” has also come under fire for spreading false information. During the presentation, Olien frequently presents interesting statistics and scientific evidence, yet many of these assertions had already been disproven off-camera. Insider collated a number of them, and Vice reporter Maggie Lange had this to say about the show: “What’s most frustrating about this show is not its sprinkles of bunk; the most frustrating thing about this show is that it mixes bunk with earnest reporting.”
Don’t miss the interesting programme “Down to Earth with Zac Efron,” which allows viewers to explore and discover new things. The show premieres on the CW on July 18 at 8 p.m., and you can watch it on Netflix as well.
