Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan’s latest vlog turned into a delightful house tour when she paid a visit to actor Diana Penty’s 100-year-old family home in Mumbai. The video, featuring Farah’s cook Dilip, offered viewers a rare glimpse inside Diana’s stunning heritage property, which left Farah completely mesmerized.
As the two walked through the colonial-style interiors, Farah couldn’t help but express her awe. “Please give me a house tour! I feel like I’ve travelled back in time to a colonial-era home,” she exclaimed while admiring a carved wooden table and mirror. When told by Diana’s mother that the furniture was over a century old, Farah quipped, “This is over 100 years old — still older than me!”
Her excitement grew as she stepped into the spacious kitchen, calling it “amazing” and asking her cook Dilip if he had ever seen a house that beautiful. To her surprise, Diana revealed that the property had been in her family since her great-grandfather’s time making her the fourth generation to live there.
Impressed by the scale of the house, Farah humorously remarked, “Not even a dance studio in Lokhandwala is this big! It’s as big as Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat living room.” Diana laughed off the compliment, but Farah insisted, adding, “I should invite Shah Rukh over.” To this, Diana smiled and replied, “I’d love to have Shah Rukh here.”
