Finolex Industries Limited has marked its 45th anniversary, highlighting its evolution into a fully integrated manufacturer of PVC pipes and fittings.
The company’s backward integration strategy, initiated in 1994 with the commissioning of a PVC resin plant and an open-sea cryogenic jetty, continues to support its competitive advantage in the market.
With revenues exceeding ₹4,000 crore and a production capacity of nearly half a million metric tonnes annually, the company has expanded its presence across agriculture, plumbing, and sanitation segments.
Executive Chairman Prakash P. Chhabria said:
