Finolex Industries Limited has announced a leadership transition with Mr. Udipt Agarwal taking charge as Managing Director from November 1, 2025, and Mr. Rambabu Sanka joining as Director – Technical on August 2, 2025.
Mr. Agarwal, 56, has over 30 years of experience across chemicals, specialty materials and bio-industrials, while Mr. Sanka brings four decades of deep expertise in chemical manufacturing and VCM/PVC plant operations.
Executive Chairman Prakash P. Chhabria welcomed the new leaders, noting their strategic fit with Finolex’s long-term growth priorities. The transition follows the retirement of Mr. Saurabh Dhanorkar and Mr. Saumya Chakrabarti, who were acknowledged for shaping Finolex’s progress over the years.
Finolex highlighted its continued commitment to quality-focused manufacturing, a strong value chain built over 44 years, and social impact initiatives undertaken by the Mukul Madhav Foundation.
