FIR registered against Big B, KBC makers for ‘hurting Hindu sentiments’

A first information report (FIR) has been filed against Kaun Banega Crorepati host Amitabh Bachchan and makers of the Sony Entertainment Television show for a question about religious text Manusmriti which allegedly hurt Hindu sentiments and annoyed some netizens who accused the show of running a “leftist propaganda.” The episode had actor Anup Soni and social activist Bezwada Wilson in the hot seat. It is to be mentioned here that the complaint has been filed by BJP legislator Abhimanyu Pawar.
