Forbes ‘World’s Greatest Banks’ ranks DBS Financial institution at top

Recently the third version of ‘Worlds Greatest Banks’ checklist was launched by Forbes. In an inventory of the perfect banks in India, DBS Financial Institution has taken the highest place, its second consecutive win. The checklist was compiled by Forbes in partnership with market analysis agency Statista.

SBI (State Bank of India), nation’s high lender, is marked on the 7th place. The non-public lenders like ICICI Financial Institution and HDFC Bank are positioned 3rd and 4th, respectively. The Kotak Mahindra Financial Institution has come at the 5th place, whereas Axis Financial Institution is at 6th. The checklist is made out of 30 home and worldwide banks working in India.

Surojiy Shome, Managing Director and CEO of DBS Financial Institution India, has mentioned that they were humbled and proud to be featured on the ‘World’s Greatest Banks’ checklist for a second consecutive year.

Shome also mentioned how through the years they have constructed a robust customer-centric franchise, and that the recognition shines the sunshine on the resilience and a robust sense of objective demonstrated by their workers to help the clients amid the devastating pandemic.
He said that they will proceed to ‘deepen the buyer relationships’ and emerge on journeys that will ‘proactively deal with their wants.’

DBS Financial Institution India was recently recognised by Asiamoney as the ‘India’s Greatest Worldwide Financial Institution 2021’. In the year 2020, DBS was named the ‘Most Secure Financial Institution in Asia’ for the 12th consecutive year by International Finance, a New York-based commerce publication.

DBS Financial Institution has grown constantly by strengthening its small and medium sized enterprise. It has also strengthened the client lending operations to construct scale and turn out to be a full-service financial institution.
