Foreign Secretary pays visit to Nepal, discussions to strengthen country ties

India’s Foreign Secretary, Harsh Vardhan Shringla arrived in Kathmandu for a two day visit to hold a bilateral meeting with his Nepalese counterpart. Shringla’s trip to Nepal was a response to an invitation offered by Nepal’s Foreign Secretary Bharat Raj Paudyal. Wide ranging areas of cooperation concerning border issues is to be discussed. Shringla is scheduled to meet Nepal PM KP Sharma Oli post bilateral discussions with Nepalese counterpart.
