Fractal Analytics Limited has announced the launch of its initial public offering, which will open for subscription on Monday, February 09, 2026. The anchor investor bidding date has been fixed as Friday, February 06, 2026, while the issue will close on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
The price band for the IPO has been set at ₹857 to ₹900 per equity share of face value ₹1 each. The minimum bid size is 16 equity shares and in multiples of 16 equity shares thereafter.
The Offer comprises a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 10,235 million and an offer for sale aggregating up to INR 18,104 million by existing shareholders including Quinag Bidco Ltd, TPG Fett Holdings Pte. Ltd., Satya Kumari Remala and Rao Venkateswara Remala, and GLM Family Trust.
The Offer includes an employee reservation portion aggregating up to INR 600 million and is being made through the book building process. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
