Fusion CX plans ₹61 crore investment in AI tools as part of ₹702 crore IPO

Fusion CX Limited plans to invest ₹61 crore in its step-down subsidiaries, Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited, to upgrade its IT tools Arya and MindVoice as part of its ₹702 crore initial public offering.

The customer experience and AI data infrastructure services provider has set the IPO price band at ₹275–₹289 per share. The issue will open for subscription on October 14, 2026, and close on October 16. The anchor book will open on October 13.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹202 crore by promoter selling shareholders P N S Business Private Limited and Rasish Consultants Private Limited.

The company will use ₹275 crore from the fresh issue proceeds to repay or prepay certain outstanding borrowings availed by it and its subsidiaries. The balance will be used for inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

Incorporated in 2004 by Pankaj Dhanuka and Kishore Saraogi, Fusion CX uses generative AI-driven technologies to support customer engagement, operational efficiency and digital transformation.

The company provides services across multiple industries, including telecom and utilities, healthcare and life sciences, high-tech growth and travel, BFSI, and retail.
