Gen V, a spin-off of The Boys by Eric Kripke and based on the “We Gotta Go Now” narrative arc of the The Boys comic book series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, is an upcoming American superhero streaming television series created by Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters. The series is anticipated to debut on Amazon Prime Video in 2023 and is set concurrently with the fourth season of The Boys.

Recently, On January 5, 2023, it was revealed that a writing room for a prospective second season would soon form under the direction of Michele Fazekas, who has since taken over as the only showrunner since Tara Butters took a vacation.

At this moment of writing, we aren’t aware of the exact plot of the series. However, for all that we know the show follows Young adult Supes are tested in battle royal challenges at the Godolkin University School of Crimefighting, run by Vought International.
