Godrej Expands Smart Lock Portfolio as Digital Security Adoption Rises

Locks & Architectural Solutions, part of the Godrej Enterprises Group, ended 2025 on a strong note, supported by rising adoption of smart home security and growing demand across emerging urban markets. The business has outlined a revenue target of ₹1,400 crore for FY26, compared with approximately ₹1,250 crore in FY25.

Digital and connected locks continue to drive growth, expanding at around 30% annually, while Architectural Solutions is gaining prominence alongside premium housing and infrastructure projects. The Neo Digital Locks range, starting at ₹8,999, is designed to make smart security accessible to a broader consumer base.

Commenting on the performance, Shyam Motwani, Business Head, Locks & Architectural Solutions, Godrej Enterprises Group, noted that 2025 has been a year of focused innovation, digital transformation, and strategic expansion. He emphasised that the company’s growth is being driven by trust, relevance, and the ability to make smart security solutions accessible to Indian households across geographies. With strong momentum in digital locks, expanding online channels, and deeper penetration into emerging markets, the business is well positioned for sustained growth in the coming years.

Looking ahead, the business remains aligned with its long-term goal of doubling revenues to ₹2,500 crore by 2028, supported by Make-in-India manufacturing, continued product innovation and deeper consumer engagement.
