The trailer of ‘Haseen Dillruba’, a new Netflix movie got launched today. It is a love triangle murder mystery starring Taapsee Pannu as Rani and Vikrant Massey as her husband, Rishabh in the lead. Also, Harshvardhan Rane plays Rani’s love interest.
The trailer itself was captivating, thrilling and exciting at the same time with a pinch of humor and an engaging background score. Actress Taapsee Pannu posted the trailer on her Instagram handle and was well appreciated by her fans and followers.
She captioned the post as, “Ek tha Raja, ek thi Rani, hui shuru ek khooni prem kahani. (Once there was a king and a queen and this lead to a murderous love story) #HaseenDillruba.” which very well explained the plot of the movie.
At the beginning of the trailer, we can see that the husband dies due to a fire explosion in the house which leads to police investigation. Taapsee Pannu, playing his wife, is the prime suspect in the crime. Further we also come across her lover played by Harshvardhan Rane.
People were surprised to see CID fame, Aditya Srivastava in the role of the investigating officer. The actor is very well known as ‘Abhijeet’ for his role in one of the most loved television series in India i.e. CID.
Haseen Dillruba is a story of love, lust and revenge backed by an engaging plot revolving around a mystery. The film is directed by Vinil Mathew, written by Kanika Dhillon and produced by Colour Yellow productions and Eros International.
The film will be available on the streaming platform from July 2.
